Terms & Conditions for “Complete My Look” Shop Mini

Welcome to Complete My Look, a Shop Mini (“the Mini”) provided by Elfai Technology OÜ (“we”, “us”, “our”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Mini within the Shopify Shop App. By using the Mini, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the Mini immediately.

1. About the Mini

Complete My Look is an outfit-recommendation tool that helps you discover products and styling ideas based on items you saved, viewed, purchased, or uploaded within the Shop App.
The Mini is owned and operated entirely by Elfai Technology OÜ.

2. Eligibility

You may use the Mini only if:

  • You are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction,

  • You have a valid Shopify Shop App account,

  • You comply with all applicable laws and the Shop App’s terms of service.

If Shopify suspends or restricts your Shop App account, your access to the Mini may also be suspended.

3. Use of the Mini

By using the Mini, you agree:

  • To use it only for personal, non-commercial purposes;

  • Not to attempt to reverse engineer, copy, modify, or disrupt the Mini;

  • Not to upload harmful, illegal, or infringing content;

  • Not to misuse the Mini to harm the experience of other users or merchants.

You understand that the Mini’s recommendations are generated automatically and are not professional fashion advice or guarantees of product fit, availability, or suitability.

4. User Content

You may upload photos or provide other inputs to generate outfit suggestions ("User Content").

By uploading User Content, you confirm:

  • You have the legal right to use and upload it,

  • It does not infringe the rights of others,

  • It will not violate Shopify’s or Elfai’s policies.

We do not claim ownership of your photos. See our Privacy Policy for how we store and delete them.

5. Intellectual Property

All Mini software, algorithms, design, text, graphics, logos, and features are the exclusive property of Elfai Technology OÜ.
You may not:

  • Reproduce, distribute, or resell any part of the Mini

  • Use the Mini’s output for training AI models, commercial exploitation, scraping, or dataset creation

  • Use our trademarks without permission

6. Third-Party Products & Links

The Mini may show you products sold by merchants on Shopify. We:

  • Do not own or control these products,

  • Do not guarantee accuracy, pricing, availability, or product quality,

  • Are not responsible for any purchases, returns, disputes, or fulfillment issues.

All orders are handled by the merchant and Shopify.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • The Mini is provided “as is” and without warranties of any kind;

  • We disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy of recommendations, or uninterrupted service;

  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Mini.

8. Data & Privacy

Your use of the Mini is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes:

  • What information we collect,

  • How we process and store it,

  • Data retention and deletion,

  • Your rights.

Continued use of the Mini means you agree to the Privacy Policy.

9. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Mini if:

  • You violate these Terms,

  • You misuse the Mini or harm its functionality,

  • Shopify requires suspension,

  • We discontinue the Mini or modify its availability.

You may stop using the Mini at any time by ceasing usage or uninstalling it from the Shop App.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in features, legal requirements, or operational needs.
We will display the latest version inside the Mini and update the “Last Updated” date.

Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
