Stylist application and software and services in itself are completely owned and operated by Elfai Technology OU. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use Stylist, an AI-powered fashion styling application available via ChatGPT apps. By using the app, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

We may collect:

Style preferences you share (e.g. colors, styles, occasions)

Product images or product links you submit

Items you choose to save, buy, or add to your personal closet

b) Usage information

We collect limited technical and usage data such as:

Feature usage (e.g. outfit recommendations, uploaded items)

Interaction timestamps

Anonymous identifiers provided by the platform (e.g. ChatGPT user ID)

We do not collect real names, physical addresses, or sensitive personal data

2) How We Use Your Information

• Deliver core features (visual recommendations, product matching).

• Personalize and improve your experience.

• Maintain performance and security.

We do not: track across apps/contexts, run targeted ads, sell/rent/share your data for marketing or LLM training.

3) Data Security

We implement industry-standard security on Cloud Platform, including:

• Encryption in transit and at rest

• Access controls / least-privilege with audit logging

• Network isolation and key management

• Vulnerability management and secure development practices

4) Data Retention & Deletion

• Uploaded photos: Retained only as long as needed to deliver Stylist features and improve your ongoing session experience; unless you opt to keep them linked to your account history, they are deleted upon your deletion request.

• We also delete data when: you uninstall the app, you request deletion, Open AI requests deletion.

5) Data Sharing

• We do not sell or share your data with third parties for advertising or profiling.

• We use Google Cloud solely to host your data for the app.

6) Payments & Subscriptions

Payments and subscriptions are processed outside of ChatGPT through a third-party payment provider.

We do not store or process credit card details ourselves. All billing information is handled securely by the payment provider in accordance with their privacy policies.

7) Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy to reflect changes in features or legal requirements. We will post the latest version in the Mini and update the “Last updated” date. This policy is effective as of 15-01-2026
