Complete My Look, Mini application and software and services in itself are completely owned and operated by Elfai Technology OU. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, where we store it, and what rights you have when you use Complete My Look Shop Mini (“the Mini”) within the Shop App.

1) Information We Collect

We only collect data necessary for the Mini’s core functionality:

a) Photos and Camera
When you upload a photo to get outfit suggestions, we access your device’s photo library or camera.

• Storage: If you proceed with upload, your image is securely stored on Cloud Platform in our isolated storage.

• You can revoke camera/photo permissions in device settings.

b) Saved Products
We access products you saved to personalize the Mini’s recommendations.

c) Order History
We access information about your order history through the Shop App to improve “Complete-My-Look” suggestions.

We do not collect: payment card data, shipping/billing addresses, health/sensitive data, or any data outside the Shop App/Shop Minis SDK permissions.

2) How We Use Your Information

• Deliver core features (visual recommendations, product matching).

• Personalize and improve your in-Mini experience.

• Maintain performance and security.

We do not: track across apps/contexts, run targeted ads, sell/rent/share your data for marketing or LLM training.

3) Data Security

We implement industry-standard security on Cloud Platform, including:

• Encryption in transit and at rest

• Access controls / least-privilege with audit logging

• Network isolation and key management

• Vulnerability management and secure development practices

If we become aware of a breach affecting your data, we will notify Shopify immediately and, where legally required, inform affected users.

4) Data Retention & Deletion

• Uploaded photos: Retained only as long as needed to deliver Mini features and improve your ongoing session experience; unless you opt to keep them linked to your account history, they are deleted upon your deletion request.

• Saved/Purchases metadata: retained while your Mini usage continues and as needed for the Mini’s approved functionality.

• We also delete data when: you uninstall/stop using the Mini, you request deletion, Shopify requests deletion, or retention is no longer necessary.

5) Data Sharing

• We do not sell or share your data with third parties for advertising or profiling.

• We use Google Cloud solely to host your data for the Mini.

6) Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy to reflect changes in features or legal requirements. We will post the latest version in the Mini and update the “Last updated” date. This policy is effective as of 15-11-2025
